NEW EVE TAYLOR PRODUCT!
'Age Resist Retinoid Renew Complex' launches on Monday 18th July.
What is this product? What is Retinoid? And why should we include this in our skincare routine?
Hopefully this blog post will explain most of your questions...
What is the Age Resist Retinoid Renew Complex Product?
It is a new night time treatment formulation with highly stable encapsulated Retinoid to stimulate cell renewal whilst refining skin discoloration and aiding skin rejuvenation.
Retinoid is the undisputed hero ingredient when it comes to brightening uneven skin tone, diminishing age spots and promoting a healthy, radiant complexion. Consistent use promotes improved skin density, firmness and smoothing of lines and wrinkles.
This easily absorbed, lightweight treatment complex serum is an ideal starting point for those new to Retinoid or Retinol or if you have previously had sensitivity to this ingredient.
What is Retinoid?
Retinoid is a form of Vitamin A.
There are many different strengths and forms of Vitamin A within the Retinoid family which can make it confusing when researching what product to buy.
If you are new to using a Vitamin A based product we recommend starting with something such as the Eve Taylor 'Age Resist Retinoid Renew Complex' as it is formulated to be effective but super gentle on the skin.
What are the benefit of Retinoid?
Retinoid defends against formulation of wrinkles, fights breakout activity, illuminates hyperpigmentation and improves skin tone and texture.
This is achieved by promoting cell renewal within the skin.
How do I use the Age Resist Retinoid Renew Complex?
It is a night time only serum treatment.
Apply after double cleansing thoroughly. Simply apply half a pump of product to the face, neck and chest but make sure to avoid the eye and lip area.
Follow with a night time moisturiser, such as the Eve Taylor Nourishing Night Cream.
It may be used daily but if you feel any irritation/ redness on the skin due to its Vitamin A properties, it is advisable to reduce application to every other night or every third night and increase the application once the skin has become more tolerant.
Who should avoid Retinoids?
Vitamin A based products are not suitable during any stage of pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
Also due to the cell renewal process, it is not advisable to have facial waxing whilst using this product. However, you may leave a weeks break of using the product or avoid application on the area to be waxed.
You must also ensure you apply suitable SPF during daylight hours due to the increased skin renewal and potential sensitivity. The higher the SPF the better but should be a minimum of SPF 30.
Can I incorporate Eve Taylor Retinoid Renew Complex in with my current skincare routine?
Yes you can but it is best to speak to a professional therapist to get the right skincare routine for your skin and to maximize results.
Eve Taylor Retinoid Renew Complex is available to pre- order now and is available from Monday 18th July. 30ml- £32.
Please contact Ashleigh to order or if you require more information on any of the Eve Taylor product ranges.
